Former Inter Milan and Roma defender Francesco Colonnese says Fabio Paratici is the right man in charge of Juventus.
The Juve sporting director is set to be offered new terms.
Colonnese told TMW: "He has always been a man on the field and not a desk man, his career has been built by finding talents, especially young people around Europe.
"That is his strength, but at the moment he is asked for more.
"The role of the sports director is different and it is not easy, there are also relationships with the environment and the team to manage."
