Possible Abu Sayyaf attacks in waters off East Sabah

Kota Kinabalu: Vessels and their crew are urged to exercise extra vigilance when transiting in waters off Eastern Sabah and the Sulu-Celebes Seas.

The warning came after the Philippine Coast Guard reported an unidentified speedboat attempting to board a bulk carrier in the area recently.
