Mini esplanade in Penampang seems forgotten

PENAMPANG: Those who jog or take a stroll in the area along the Kondundungan river where a mini esplanade was built in 2018 in Kg Digot, will find that it is no longer for recreation, fishing and picnicking. 

Today, it has turned bushy and unkempt. The rightful caretaker must have been the Penampang District Council, said a frequent user of the road nearby.
