ss="faded-content">Kota Kinabalu: Flood-prone Penampang and Tawau are listed in a study of Climate Action Plans (CAPs) titled “Climate Action Plan Development in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Vietnam”. It is commissioned by the International Urban Co-operation (IUC), Global Covenant of Mayors (GCoM) for Climate and Energy, United Cities and Local Governments (UCLG) and the European Union (EU).
