Guan Dee’s appointment apt, timely: Ex-colleagues

Kota Kinabalu: Former colleagues of Senator Datuk Guan Dee Koh Hoi in Exotic Borneo are delighted with his appointment as the new federal Deputy Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture.
