Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta says he's in regular contact with skipper Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
The striker is currently recovering from a bout of malaria.
Arteta said, “We constantly communicate with him, yesterday he first arrived at the training base.
"Pierre is still under medical supervision and it will take some time to return.
"He had a lot of trouble, we want to give him every opportunity to come back in optimal shape, because we need him. I think he will have time to return to the field before the end of the season."
