Leeds United boss Marcelo Bielsa is full of praise for Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola.
Guardiola has stated he regards Bielsa as a mentor.
But the Argentine told DAZN: "Guardiola is magical. The things he can do are extremely difficult for me to emulate and I have already given up.
"I have a genuine admiration for him and his work.
"Manchester City are always impossible to read and it is very difficult to stand against his team."
