Leicester City midfielder Wilfred Ndidi admits he doesn't like comparisons with Chelsea ace N'Golo Kante.
The 24-year-old signed for Leicester six months after Kante left the club for Chelsea.
"Yes, it used to irritate me, but it's football and I understand the fans who do it because they want to find something to discuss," Ndidi told BBC Sport Africa.
"I heard it even before I moved to Leicester, and then afterwards. I just want to be Wilfred Ndidi and not someone else. The comparison with others, about who is the best or about Kanté and I playing the same, is irrelevant to me.
"That whole bit is for those who love to talk, and I'm not focusing on that."
