PENAMPANG: The famed Tamu or open market in Donggongon reopened late last month after the second Covid19 Movement Control Order (MCO). A clean-up activity was earlier carried out by 200 members of the Tamu Traders Association and Council staff, where Council Executive Officer Robert Malangkig informed the delay in reopening was decided by the Association to ensure the safety of everyone as previously it was the most crowded area of the town.
