The Manchester Evening News says United look set to release goalkeeper Pereira when his contract expires in the summer.
The Portuguese has been on loan at Huddersfield this season, where he's rarely been first choice, and will become a free agent in June.
Lee Grant and Paul Woolston are the other keepers on United's books who look set to see their contracts run out.
Former Newcastle United keeper Woolston isn't expected to be offered new terms.
