When Sabah produced own soap

Kota Kinabalu: A picture of the late Prince Philip visiting an exhibition booth in Tanjung Aru in 1959 revealed the unfortunate fate that befell what would have otherwise been a thriving soap industry in Sabah.

Daily Express reader Mary Koh shared the interesting photo after receiving the digital copy from former All Saints’ classmate Wong Ing Ling who now resides in Edmonton, Canada.
