Former Real Madrid coach and general manager Jorge Valdano has blasted Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp.
Klopp slammed the Estadio Alfredo di Stefano as a "training ground" after Liverpool's 3-1 defeat to Real Madrid this week in the first-leg of their Champions League quarterfinal.
In reaction, World Cup winner Valdano blasted: "Madrid loses more than it gains.
"When the new Bernabéu is finished, the one that will look like a training ground is Anfield, you have to adapt to the times."
Valdano also thanked Barcelona coach Ronald Koeman after he said: "Klopp's thing is to discredit a great club like Madrid."
