Mixed development for Pitas

PITAS: Sabah Housing and Town Development Authority (LPPB) will be developing commercial cum housing projects in the district that will change its economic landscape. 

LPPB Chairman, Datuk Masiung Banah, said the strategic projects are currently in the design process and will be implemented this year.
