Kota Kinabalu: Sabah has unveiled plans for the creation of its own State Science Council to enhance the role of science, technology and innovation (STI) to boost the economic progress and development in the state. State Science, Technology and Innovation, Minister Datuk Yakub Khan said the State Science Council, which will be headed by leading experts across various disciplines, is in the ministry’s pipeline through its Planning and Adoption of Science Division.
