Southampton are showing serious interest in Newcastle United winger Jacob Murphy.
Football Insider - via the Daily Echo - claims the Saints are willing to secure the 26-year-old in the summer, and would be happy to pay the reported asking price of £3 million.
Murphy has impressed with the Magpies this term, playing 24 games and scoring thrice.
He was on target in their 2-1 win over Burnley in the league on Saturday.
Norwich City and Watford, along with Scottish champions Rangers, also want to sign Murphy.
