Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has accepted defeat in attempts to secure Raphael Varane to a new contract and has now set a price to sell.
Varane has a deal to 2022 and after multiple attempts to open talks about new terms, Florentino is now prepared to sell the France international, says AS.
Manchester United are watching developments closely, while Chelsea were credited with interest last week.
And now it's emerged interested clubs can buy Varane this summer for a price starting at €70m.
Leaving at the end of the season, Varane will mark a decade with Real Madrid.
