Aston Villa boss Dean Smith has revealed a chat with Manchester United great Sir Alex Ferguson after promotion a season ago.
Smith has detailed a conversation he had with Ferguson following the club's promotion back to the Premier League from the Championship.
He recalled, “I met up with Sir Alex Ferguson when we got promoted.
"And he said to me – the most important person to you now is going to be your Head of Media.
"He said, because you don't need to be reading any newspapers, any social media, he said, he should tell you everything you need to know."
