PENAMPANG: New Sabah Housing and Real Estate Developers Association (Shareda) President Datuk Sr Chua Soon Ping (pic) has proposed a “Sabah My PR Home” programme for foreigners willing to invest minimum of RM4 million in the State. The proposal, which mirrors the Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) scheme, is one of Shareda’s initiatives to revitalise the real estate economy in Sabah that allows foreign investors and their spouses and children below 21 to be issued permanent residency in return.
