KOTA KINABALU: Warisan lawyers have filed a suit against Sebatik assemblyman Hassan A Gani Pg Amir for failing to resign upon his defection from the party. The Writ of Summon and Statement of Claim was served, Wednesday, at Hassan's residence, here, at 3.35pm. Among others, Warisan is seeking a court decision to compel him to honour his pre-signed resignation letter as Sebatik assemblyman.
