Dept unfairly blamed for road damage sometimes: Bung

Kota Kinabalu: The public’s tendency to link road damage with the Public Works Department (PWD) is difficult to avoid even though the matter is not within the Department’s maintenance jurisdiction. 

Nevertheless, State Works Minister Datuk Seri Bung Moktar Radin (pic) said his Ministry takes note of all the complaints by the public.
