Barcelona coach Ronald Koeman is staying tightlipped on his summer transfer plans.

Speaking to the press on Sunday ahead of Monday's match against Real Valladolid, the Dutchman was asked about Erling Haaland's possible arrival.

"We have used the [international] break to have meetings with the president, to talk about this season, about the next one..." he said.

"This happens in all the clubs in the world. I am not going to talk about players that are not ours."

On Leo Messi, Koeman is hopeful that he will renew but, again, insisted it wasn't the right time to speak about it.

"It is a very important matter because we doing our best to ensure that Leo can stay at this club for more years," he said.

"But now is not the time to talk about next year."
