Tottenham defender Juan Foyth has done enough at Villarreal to convince them to pursue a permanent deal.
The Argentine has been on-loan with the Yellow Submarine this season and Football Insider says they're already planning to open talks with Spurs about an outright deal.
Villarreal will aim to settle terms with Tottenham for a fee of €15m.
Foyth has enjoyed regular action with Villarreal under coach Unai Emery this season, managing 23 appearances and scoring once.
The defender has little chance of a future at Spurs after the arrival of Joe Rodon from Swansea City last summer.
