Reda Khadra has signed a new deal with Brighton.
The 19-year-old former Borussia Dortmund forward has penned terms to 2023. He made his Premier League debut in January as a substitute against Manchester City.
Khadra is an under-18 international with Germany.
Albion technical director Dan Ashworth said: “He has been unfortunate to pick up an injury after making some great progress with us but I know he was really pleased to make his Premier League debut in January.
"We're sure there is a lot more to come from Reda and we look forward to helping him to achieve his potential."
