The Italy international is approaching the final year of his contract.
And according to Tuttosport, the two Premier League giants are interested in signing the 27-year-old.

AC Milan, Inter Milan, Fiorentina, Roma and Napoli have all been keeping track of Belotti's situation.
For their part, Torino have lined up Cagliari attacker Joao Pedro to replace Belotti should he want to leave.
