Aston Villa will demand record money to sell Jack Grealish this summer.
The Mirror says Grealish will return for Villa this weekend with a new asking price of at least £100million on his head.
Grealish's importance to Villa has been underlined in their last six Premier League games when they have won just once without him.
But their skipper and talisman is set to return on Sunday for Fulham's visit after being sidelined by a shin injury.
It is a massive boost to Villa and suitors including Manchester City and Manchester United who will study his return closely.
Both their respective managers Pep Guardiola and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer are huge fans of the 25-year-old, who has five England caps.
Grealish penned a new five-year-deal at the start of the season committing him to his boyhood club until on £130,000-a-week.
But both City and United could offer him a huge pay-rise on those terms and the likely prospect of Champions League football too.
