Chelsea and Everton are watching Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiot.
TMW says Juventus need to raise funds and Rabiot is named as a player who could leave, with Everton and Chelsea said to be interested in his services.
Rabiot played under Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel during his time at Paris Saint-Germain.
He also spent time in the Northwest as a junior while on the books of Manchester City's academy.
Rabiot has been in and out of Andrea Pirlo's first team at Juve this season.
