Leeds United midfielder Jack Harrison says training has been intense this week.
Leeds have been preparing for the Yorkshire derby against Sheffield United tomorrow.
Harrison said, "We have had a couple of days off here and there but it's been good - we have had a chance to train hard in the gym, on the pitch as well and work on some things so we have been busy.
“It just gives us a chance to be a bit more intense and a bit more aggressive in training.
“Intense training will get us ready for this last push until the end of the season so it's like putting money into the bank, the more training you do, it comes out on the pitch."
