Luyang fun outlet in hot soup

Kota Kinabalu: The operator of a café cum entertainment outlet in Luyang landed in hot soup after being found operating illegally and at the same time flouting the standard operating procedures (SOPs). 

This is the second time the outlet faces up to RM50,000 fine after it was caught committing the same offence last month.
