The Athletic says Soucek's impact since his January 2020 arrival has brought him to the attention of PSG and Manchester United.
The Irons are aware of the interest and are keen to open talks with Soucek about a new contract.
The 26 year-old is leaning towards staying with West Ham where he is happy and settled.
