Trawler detained in Semporna

SEMPORNA: The Marine Police Force (PPM) detained a trawler for fishing less than three nautical miles from the coast of Kuala Sungai Pegagau, here, Friday.

Semporna PPM Commanding Officer DSP Mohammad Ismail said a marine police boat found the trawler fishing in the area during “Op Benteng Covid Perintah Belayar” at 6pm.
