Olympique Marseille are building a little Manchester United for their front office.
Former United scout David Friio has taken charge at OM as sporting director and he's used his connections to find a new scout.
Mathieu Louis-Jean, formerly a scout with United, will be joining OM as their chief talent spotter in France.
Friio was named sporting director at OM last month.
Overseeing the shake-up is OM president Pablo Longoria, who took charge in February.
