Tammy Abraham admits he's endured a 'tough' time at Chelsea recently.
The England forward came on as a substitute in the 1-0 win over West Ham United on Saturday.
It was Abraham's first appearance since February.
And taking to Instagram in which he used a picture of him in action, he said: "Big win! It's been tough but felt good to be back out there."
Wolves, Leicester City and Aston Villa have all been linked with the 23-year-old.
