Don’t be hasty in upgrading S’kan to a city: MP

SANDAKAN: Sandakan Member of Parliament Vivian Wong (pic) said the State Government’s proposal to upgrade Sandakan to a city on Feb 22 next year needs to be carefully thought first and not through hasty decisions. 

She said before upgrading Sandakan to a city, the existing facilities and development must be improved comprehensively.
