Threat to sue Ministry over death details

Kota Kinabalu: A man dissatisfied with the way the Ministry of Health (MOH) handled the case of his mother, who passed away due to Covid-19 at Serdang Hospital in Selangor in January this year, threatened to take legal action against those concerned. 

One of the reasons he is not satisfied is that his 71-year-old mother who died on Jan 24 was not listed in the update on deaths in MOH’s Facebook account until a month later after he sought a clarification.
