Cristiano Ronaldo is key to Juventus' attempts to bring Paul Pogba back from Manchester United.
Pogba's agent Mino Raiola was in Turin last week for talks with Juve officials about several of his clients, including the United midfielder.
Tuttosport says Juve chiefs are eager to re-sign Pogba for a second time from United - and key will be Ronaldo.
Pogba is keen to play with the Portuguese great and should Ronaldo leave this summer, then it's unlikely the Frenchman will return.
The midfielder instead would listen to offers from rivals Real Madrid and PSG.
