Brighton boss Graham Potter admits they can't say they're safe from the drop after defeat at Manchester United.
The result leaves Brighton six points clear from the bottom three.
Potter said, There were a lot of positives. We're sore because we haven't got anything from the game but the way we handled the opposition, there's a lot of good things. We've got eight huge games left but we're in a good place in terms of performances, so we've got to carry that forward. We have to keep working.
"Until you get the points you can never be sure of anything.
"It's going to be a fight until the end and you have to make sure you're there. I believe in the players and what we're doing and our performances have been consistently good. It's turning them into results that's the challenge. We'll give everything."
