Kota Kinabalu: Former Chief Minister Datuk Seri Dr Salleh Said Keruak (pic) said Kuala Lumpur or Semenanjung (Peninsular Malaysia) is much better than Sabah in terms of economic development, but it is the other way round when comes to political development.
He said Sabah embraced political change much earlier than Semenanjung, as the State had experienced five peaceful transitions from one government to another since independence.
