Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho transfer preference this summer remains Manchester United.
Chelsea have been competing with United for Sancho and are counting on his London roots to swing the race in their favour.
However, Sky Sports says the England international is more likely to choose Manchester than West London.
As it stands, '[Manchester] United represents the most realistic destination', it is reported.
The news will come as a blow to the Blues, with Sancho available for approximately £80m, a big discount on last summer's £100m price tag.
