Marca says Alaba is already in Madrid, having arrived yesterday in the city.
It was claimed during the season that Alaba had agreed pre-contract terms with Real Madrid ahead of making a Bosman move this summer.
Alaba has already visited the club's training centre and that he is currently looking for a house in the Spanish capital.
All signs are that Alaba will be the first addition of the summer transfer window for Real Madrid.
