Newcastle United boss Steve Bruce has hopes of keeping hold of Joe Willock.
The midfielder, on-loan from Arsenal, scored again in defeat to Manchester City last night.
Bruce later said, "We have to respect that Joe is Arsenal's player but if it's possible we'd love to keep him."
The manager also remarked: "We gave it a right good go but when you play against these, defensively you have to better than we were. Although I can't remember my goalkeeper making save after save, the sloppiness of conceding so many goals was the disappointment of the whole evening."
