SANDAKAN: The Sandakan Municipal Council (MPS) still has the responsibility to look after the district’s sewerage system before it is fully taken over by the Sewerage Services Department (JPP), says Sandakan Member of Parliament Vivian Wong Shir Yee.
However, she said, MPS rejected the responsibility for various reasons.
