Wolves are prepared to sell Ruben Neves this summer.
The Athletic reports Neves will be allowed to leave Wolves for £35m this summer.
Wolves want to sell Neves to fund their rebuild, with manager Nuno Santo leaving and set to be replaced by ex-Benfica boss Bruno Lage.
Neves has been watched long-term by Liverpool since joining Wolves when they were still in the Championship.
A move to Roma has also been mooted, where new coach Jose Mourinho is a fan.
