Kota Kinabalu: The Malaysian International Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MICCI) says vaccinating the population to the level of herd immunity as early as possible is the best option to returning to normalcy and sustainability of businesses.
Its national President Datuk Tan Cheng Kiat (pic) said the Government must unleash the private sector to take the bull by the horns and assist the Government to speed up the vaccination.
