Former Leeds United star Jermain Beckford is full of praise for the club's U23s coach Mark Jackson.
Beckford hailed Jackson's coaching and his ability to learn from Marcelo Bielsa and implement his ideas into the U23s, calling the coach a 'sponge'.
Beckford believes Leeds have an exceptional coach on their hands and one with a very bright future.
“Just having a chat with him, listening to his thought process, why they (Under-23s) did so well and how he looks up to Marcelo Bielsa and now he feeds off the information he gives him", Beckford told the Official Leeds United Podcast.
“He is a sponge for knowledge, he is a sponge for information and honestly, I can see him doing really well in his coaching career, not just with us, but whatever he does in the future as well.
“He is a very clever man, very clever man."
