Former Olympique Marseille defender Adil Rami took aim at Neymar after PSG's Champions League defeat to Chelsea.
Rami believes Neymar doesn't perform as a team player.
He told RMC: "What strikes me is that the Parisian team has several champions. Manchester City, on the other hand, is made up of real professionals, guys who are a group, showing emotion and character. And this is not felt with PSG.
"Then we must not forget the flaws: watching the game, I compared the Neymar of Barcelona to that of Paris Saint-Germain. Nobody should be above the club, on the other hand, I had the opposite impression. When you manage a club and you put in millions, you have to be respected by everyone, including the stars.
"Everyone has to contribute."
