Sassuolo football chief Giovanni Carnevali insists Jeremie Boga will only leave on their terms.
The winger has announced he intends to depart this summer.
“Boga will not move for under €40m, so seeing as we have not received any offers like that, Boga is not for sale," Carnevali told La Gazzetta dello Sport.
His contract is due to expire in June 2022 and this season he contributed four goals and two assists in 26 Serie A appearances.
