Kota Kinabalu: Working in silos has long been a bane in Malaysia’s bureaucracy service, and the standard of education in the country is reflective of such inertia to think outside the box to be able to attain a transformative paradigm shift towards global excellence with appointment of the best qualified teachers.
Malaysia’s education system needs urgent structural reform and progressive structural adjustment in administration and particularly in the appointment of teachers in the interest of the future of the country.
