Barcelona are working on a deal to re-sign departing PSG midfielder Kays Ruiz.
Ruiz confirmed on Tuesday what has become an open secret: he will not stay at PSG following the expiry of his contract.
The French midfielder will instead seek a new challenge and could be set to return to Barca to play for their B team next season, says Sport.
Barça have been working on a deal for Ruiz for a while. The 18-year-old could start his second spell at the club after the summer with the aim of breaking into the first team as soon as possible.
Under Thomas Tuchel he broke into the PSG first team, but he took a step back under Mauricio Pochettino after refusing to sign a new deal.
