Chelsea are willing to send Billy Gilmour away next season.
The Athletic says Chelsea management believe it's time for the young Scotland international to get a full season of Premier League football under his belt.
While Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel blocked Gilmour leaving on-loan in January, opinion has now shifted.
Gilmour has a contract to 2023 and managed just five Premier League appearances this season.
The youngster will be part of Scotland's squad for this summer's Euros.
