Kota Kinabalu: Sabah should invest its RM2.5 billion reserves and RM200 million budget surplus to vaccinate it’s 1.9 million labour force first which takes only a matter of two months to ease and lift itself out of the Covid-19 crisis, said UMS Senior Lecturer in Economics, Dr James Alin at the Seeds Special Forum themed ‘Beyond The 2020 Sabah Polls: Managing Uncertainty & Finding Economic Security,’ held last Monday.
“Now the new Government is six months old, we are now in a deep crisis – Covid crisis, so what should the State Government do,” he asked.
